1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Martitez & Co.’s website and services. By accessing or purchasing services from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Martitez & Co. provides virtual assistant and concierge services, including but not limited to administrative support, social media management, and lifestyle concierge assistance.

3. Payment & Billing

• Payment is required before services begin.

• Hourly work is billed at $30/hour unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Package payments (10, 20, or 30 hours) are due in full prior to service start.

• Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

• All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

• Payments are billed automatically every month using the method you provide. (Monthly packages)

• Your monthly services continue until you cancel.

• To cancel, simply provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

• An invoice or payment confirmation will be emailed before each billing cycle.

4. Scheduling & Availability

Client hours must be scheduled in advance. Services are provided during standard business hours unless otherwise arranged.

5. Confidentiality

All client information, passwords, and sensitive data are kept strictly confidential. We do not share or disclose any client information without written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete services efficiently. Delays caused by lack of information are not the responsibility of Martitez & Co.

7. Scope of Work

Services are limited to the tasks agreed upon in the proposal or package. Any additional tasks outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Completed hours are billable, and prepaid packages are non-refundable after work has begun.

9. Refund Policy

Because services are based on time and effort, refunds are not available once work has started.

10. Liability

Martitez & Co. is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party platforms, service providers, or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

Any documents, systems, or templates created for a client remain the property of Martitez & Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA.
